Shipping Policy
Normal delivery schedule:
- Place your order by midnight on SUNDAY and it will be packed & shipped on the following Wednesday FOR DELIVERY ON THURSDAY
- Place your order by midnight on THURSDAY and it will be packed & shipped on the following Monday FOR DELIVERY ON TUESDAY
Deliveries can take place any time between 7.00 am and 7.00 pm

Shipping costs are automatically added in accordance with the weight of your order. The shipping cost of one consignment (up to 7kg) is £9; of two consignments (up to 14kg) is £12; of three consignments (up to 21kg) is £16.
Return & Exchange Policy
We take all measures to ensure your Hook & Son products meet the high standards you expect. If your goods are damaged upon arrival, or if you are not satisfied with the products, please email us quoting your order number, batch number on the product, and, if possible, photos of the products: sales@hookandson.co.uk
